What does this mean?

I love to eat, I love to cook, and I love to write (although you can't prove that).

This blog will contain recipes, links and commentary regarding various foods, restaurants, techniques, books, TV shows and what-have-you.

But I must ponder before committing myself to public scrutiny. Mustn't I?
